Dive Vanuatu

Tim and I have achieved our Open Water Dive Certification and are ready to add Deep Dive and Wreck Dive specialties over the next couple of weeks.  We've been diving with Santo Island Dive and Fishing and have been having a blast.  Vanuatu is a great place to learn to dive as the coral is amazing and there are so many different types of dives to available.

To get our open water certification we completed four dives over two days at Aore Reef where the beach entry made things really easy on us while we were getting used to all the gear.  The reef itself was small, but there were a lot of fish and the coral was varied and colorful.  Mal runs a great shop and Alfred and Henry were awesome instructors in the water.

Since we're here and have caught the diving bug, we've decided to go ahead and get deep and wreck diving specialties added onto our basic certification.   Over the next couple of weeks we get to dive the Coolidge, Million Dollar Point, and some great island reefs.  They are all dives we want to do anyway so tacking on the certs at the same time is an added bonus.

Not a bad way to spend four weeks in paradise.
